I think that the rules that I must follow are good. Yes it is. Rules are created to maintain peace and order in a country or in a certain place. I think both rules and law are created for the good of many. In fact, it is created to prevent bad person from doing bad things. As long as there are rules, bad persons can't abuse freely because every violation of the rule has a corresponding punishment. Therefore, it helps people to do the right thing rather than the wrong thing.
