If I will be asked what to do, I'd go screaming along the road(Just kidding!), try to find a store selling an English translation book, do some weird hand gestures, maybe walk around and speak some languages that they might understand.
Another solution is... If you are near an airport, you could probably ask someone there. Lots of people speaks different dialects in an airport. If there is no airport, you can probably search for a help in a nearest Police Station and ask whatever you want to know.
