What do you mean when we say,"The grass is always greener on the other side of the fence"?

  This saying means that something that you say which means that other people always seem to be in a better situation than you, although they may not be.People never satisfies with their own situation; they always think that others have been it.It also tells about there is always better else than someone or simply saying there is another person who is better than you.
